Xenophobia: Another epic photo from South Africa

"This is why I'm mad. Security forces turn their backs while their people steal from a store belonging to a foreigner. Shey if these ones don't have any sense, the police will also say they don't have sense?
As far as I am concerned, they are aiding these attacks on other blacks. Worst still, their government hasn't responded yet. Such a shame! Nothing has made me so mad in a long time. If like me, you saw that video of children tied up, beaten and gasoline poured on them, you would be mad too."

HUH!!! Furious 7 races past $1 billion mark at worldwide box office in record time

Universal announced Friday that Furious 7 will have made more than $1 billion worldwide by the end of day, according to estimates, crossing that major milestone in only 17 days. That makes Furious 7 the fastest live-action film to reach that number, ahead of Avatar, Marvel’s The Avengers, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2, all of which reached $1 billion in 19 days. Furious 7 has been open in the United States for 15 of the 17 days.
Furious 7 is now also the only film from Universal Pictures reach $1 billion in ticket sales during its initial theatrical run. (Jurassic Park only crosed the threshold after its 3D re-release in 2013.) James Wan’s film has taken in an estimated $273.7 million in North America over 15 days and $735.2 million overseas in 17 days. Overall, the latest film’s box office also pushes the entire Fast and Furious franchise to more than $3 billion around the globe.
“We’re incredibly proud to watch Fast & Furious take its place as the only original live-action franchise to reach these kinds of results at the box office,” president of domestic distribution at Universal Nick Carpou said in a statement.
Buoyed by strong reviews and the film’s beautiful farewell to series mainstay Paul Walker, Furious 7 has been breaking records practically since it opened, and the film has already made more than every other movie in the franchise. Its debut was the biggest Easter and April opening weekends ever, and the film has stayed at a strong No. 1 spot at the box office two weeks in a row.

OMG!!!. MC Galaxy attacked at Shizzi's studio by Davido and his driver

An incident happened 2 days that a few industry people have called my attention to and want it public so it will not repeat itself. Sekem crooner MC Galaxy was attacked and badly injured on Wednesday night April 15th at producer Shizzi's studio in Lekki. According to a reliable industry source, MC Galaxy, Davido (they have collaborated before) B-Red, Shizzi, Davido's driver, a guy named Lati and other HKN members were at Shizzi's studio working and laughing when suddenly things turned ugly.

According to someone who witnessed the beat down, trouble started after MC Galaxy told B-Red that he (Galaxy) was more popular than him (B-Red). B-Red didn't agree and they went back and forth. Then an HKN Gang member, who is a Ghanaian artist, told MC Galaxy that he was not funny as a comedian. MC Galaxy replied, telling him that he was an unknown artist, and they went back and forth yabbing each other. They said all of a sudden Davido came out from the studio and asked MC Galaxy to leave.

"David didn't like that Galaxy was yabbing his boys and asked him to leave. Before Galaxy could react, David hit him on the back. Then his driver, Lati, took over, punching Galaxy and then hit him on the head with an Orijin bottle. B-Red didn't touch Galaxy and Shizzi was very upset about what was happening in his studio and tried to stop the fight. Shizzi was really upset that Galaxy was attacked. If you see MC Galaxy's eyes now"
I contacted MC Galaxy to confirm he was attacked and he confirmed it but didn't want to talk much about the incident.
"Yes, I was attacked by Davido, his driver also broke a bottle on my head. Davido is someone I love and I am surprised he did this. His manager Kamal has called to apologize to me but I would rather not have this in the public." he told LIB
